The Programme Lead at GoSports Foundation is the single point of contact for all the athlete managers. Leading a team of dedicated athlete managers who oversee the daily routine and needs of the  athletes according to policies and the protocols set. Will also be involved in managing and creating a  network of experts for athlete training and rehabilitation purposes along with exploring and initiating  projects to expand the Foundation’s impact.

A Senior Athlete Manager at GoSports Foundation is a supervisory role and will be responsible for  guiding the athlete managers in their role, working with existing network of experts and building  relationships with potential experts and assisting in programme design/redesign, strategizing,  planning, and execution. This role will involve decision making skills, critical and logical reasoning,  negotiation skills, inter-personal skills and supervisory and management skills.

An Athlete Manager at GoSports Foundation is directly responsible for managing the athletes in our programmes. This role will involve a lot of critical and logical reasoning, negotiation skills, and a knack for building relationships. The individual will be expected to treat every athlete at par without favouring one or more above the others.
