2.30-3.30PM: Hitting the 10s: Unconventional Careers in Sports

Focus: Dive into non-traditional roles within the sports world—management, high performance, Entreprenuership.

3.30-4.00PM: Toolkit for Change: Building Inclusive Playbooks

Focus: Unveil the Equity Toolkit's first draft and explore data on entry barriers and actionable solutions. Share survey to inform the further development of the toolkit.

4.00-4.30PM: Tea/Coffee Break

Focus: casual yet impactful networking session to connect with mentors, recruiters, and peers.

4.30-5.30PM: Into the Ring: Investing in Women-Led Sports Startups

Focus: A debate on the power of supporting women-led ventures in sports and the unique opportunities for female entrepreneurs.

6.30-7.00PM: Batting for the 100: Women in Sports Open Mic

Focus: An open mic to tackle real-life challenges women face in sports, through stories and practical advice.

  • What is the minimum criteria for WISI Verified?
    Separate toilet and/or changing room for girls is a must. One female staff member, who is present all the time during women's practice, tournaments, travel is a must.
  • I am a man. Can I still attend the conference?
    Yes. We look at men as allies of women's sport. So if you are a man who supports women's sports, you definitely can attend it.
  • Is the event hybrid or in-person?
    The event is in-person.
  • Who can attend?
    Women who are committed to their personal growth, eager to contribute to the evolution of the sports ecosystem, and passionate advocates for women’s sports. Friends of WISI include men and organizations who are champions of women’s sports and the advancement of women in sports.
  • Is there a reduced entry fee for students?
    Yes. There is a reduced entry cost for students for Rs 400.
  • What’s the refund policy?
    The entry fee is non-refundable.
