BEHIND THE WISI MOVEMENT
WISI began with a feeling shared by thousands of women in sport — a desire for clarity, connection, and direction.
So many talented women were searching for guidance, for a community that understood their ambition, for a path that matched their potential. The realisation was simple: the talent already existed. What was missing was a system that brought it together.
WISI was created to become a space shaped around belonging, mentorship, opportunity, and movement. A place where women feel seen, heard, supported, and equipped to grow into the leaders they are meant to become.
This movement is built from both frustration and love — the frustration of navigating an unstructured industry and the love for a sport that has given us confidence, discipline, fire, and sisterhood. WISI returns that gift by offering women something priceless: time saved, direction gained, clarity unlocked.
